you need an Expert Witness:
Our business is to find you just the right expert witness in a timely
manner. We will verify that our proposed expert has met your required
qualifications, and will instruct the expert in witness skills.
We will only present you with experts that have been thoroughly
vetted. Expert Engagements will make all arrangements for any required
travel. We do not bill you for our search time, only for effort
actually expended by the expert you select. We will bill you at
the agreed rate for all expert fees and expenses. It is our job
to ensure that the expert appears at the right time and place and
is responsive to the heavy demands of litigation.
If
you need a Consultant:
Our business is to find just the right consultant for you in a timely
manner. We will verify that our consultant has the necessary skills
that you require for any specific project. We will only present
you with consultants that have been thoroughly vetted. Expert Engagements
will make all arrangements for any required travel. We do not bill
you for our search time, only for effort actually expended by the
consultant you select. We will bill you at the agreed rate for all
consulting fees and expenses. It is our job to ensure that the consultant
is available when needed and is able to devote the amount of time
required by the engagement.

If
you are an Expert Witness or Consultant:
If you are qualified, we will provide you with consulting and expert
witness opportunities on a non-exclusive basis. You tell us the
fee you want to receive; if you are selected for an engagement,
that is the fee you will get. All of our costs and expenses are
billed to the client on top of your charges. We remit your fee to
you within 10 days of receipt. We simplify your interaction with
our clients by handling all travel arrangements, correspondence
and billing. We can also help you prepare for an engagement by advising
on client interaction, courtroom demeanor and other professional
issues.
